I had a claim around 2012 for my Smart Car. These guys handled everything properly. I had no complaints. I didn’t enter any feedback information then because I don’t believe there was a website or any place to do so. Based on my experience then. I am shopping now for coverage on my newly purchased 2023 Toyota Camry even though Toyoto’s have an excellent mechanical track record.
